The Best Horror Of The Year, Volume 6 Edited by Ellen Datlow

Ellen Datlow has released the table of contents for The Best Horror of the Year Volume 6.  I’m still a bit phased about being included with “The Anatomist’s Mnemonic” which appeared in Black Static 32. Congratulations, Priya. I dearly wish I could have joined you and Mister Cluley in the lineup but, alas, it wasn’t meant to be. We’ll always have issue BS #37 though… 🙂 Well done on all your recent success. The Queen’s done good!

Sorry, should have read BS issue #37… (no wonder I didn’t make the cut, lol).

  3. Hi Priya. Belated congratulations! I think this is the second anthology we’ve been in together (The other was Arcane II).

    • Hi Steve- lovely to meet you! Congrats to you too- did you read Ellen’s summation? Have you got your copy of the antho yet? She mentioned you for your work in Arcane II.

      • Hi. Thank-you. It still hasn’t quite sunk in yet. I got my contributor’s copy this week and saw that she mentioned Fate’s Mask.
Have you got your dead tree copy yet?
Also congrats on Nightmare Carnival and Best Science Fiction and Fantasy of The Year!

      • Dead tree copy- like it. Never heard that one before. It arrived yesterday and I’ve spent the last 24 hours caryring it around with me.
Am I right in saying that Nathan Shumate has no more Arcane anthos planned?

  4. I haven’t seen anything about a new one coming out. I’ve just found out FantasyCon is in York in September. Are you thinking of going?
