Eating the Fantastic with Scott Edelman

Scott Edelman has a stellar and varied career as a writer. He’s worked in comics (for DC and Marvel), for TV (Hanna-Barbera and Tales from the Darkside), magazines (SCI FI Magazine and Rampage), as well as releasing numerous short story collections.  He is a multiple Stoker Award finalist, Shirley Jackson Award finalist, and Lamda Literary Award finalist.

Scott’s been a Con goer for years and interviews people while having dinner with them for his Eating the Fantastic Podcast. This year he’s continued this with virtual meals and we shared a dish of Pappadelle.

I made my favourite dish by Yotam Ottolenghi- Pappadelle with rose harissa, black olives, and capers.
