I am honoured to make the longlist for 2022 Grand Prix de l’Imaginaire First Round Nominations | File 770 in the Short Foreign Fiction category for ‘Ormeshadow’. It’s terrific to make it this far, alongside some fantastic authors – Nana Kwame Adjei-Brenyah, P. Djèlí Clark, Karen Joy Fowler, Greg Egan, Livia Llewellyn, Yûsuke Miyauchi, Anjali Sachdeva, Lucius Shepard , Hirotaka Tobi, and William T. Vollmann.

Je suis honorée de faire partie de la première sélection du Grand Prix de l’Imaginaire dans la catégorie « Nouvelle étrangère », avec Ormeshadow. C’est déjà formidable d’être arrivée aussi loin, aux côtés d’auteurs incroyables — Nana Kwame Adjei-Brenyah, P. The awards will be presented during the Étonnants Voyageurs festival in Saint-Malo, France to be held June 4-6.

I am delighted to become part of the Absinthe Book family with ‘Pomegranates’, out later this year.

Absinthe Books is a novella imprint of PS Publishing, edited by Marie O’Regan.

Their current titles includes work by Laura Mauro, SJI Holliday, and George Mann. Other writers slated for 2022 are Angela Slatter, Cavan Scott, Jen Williams, M.R. Carey and Louise Carey.
